Beta version. Updated regularly during the beta period. Last updated September 21, 2026. Versions: Worker 1.2-beta, Customer 1.2-beta, Store 1.4-beta, Events 1.2-beta.
You are an independent contractor, not a BudiHub employee. You set your own availability, are free to decline any job offer, and are responsible for your own taxes and business expenses — BudiPro's tools exist to help track these, but using them doesn't change this relationship.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to perform the work you offer through the platform. Any information you submit for identity or background verification must be accurate and your own.
Every worker starts on Bronze with access to BudiBid, BudiRide, BudiCart, and BudiEats; BudiRide Events requires a separate opt-in and its own terms. Your tier is earned by the number of jobs you complete across the suite in a rolling 365-day period: Bronze 0–499, Silver 500–999, Gold 1,000–1,499, and Platinum 1,500 or more. Your commission rate is set by your tier (currently Bronze 15%, Silver 10%, Gold 7%, Platinum 3.5% — Platinum is 0% for your first 30 days at that tier). It applies to every completed job's earnings, including bonuses, but never to tips, and is never silently changed after the fact for a job already in progress. If your job count would move you to a lower tier, we notify you in advance. Early Access: after you have completed half of your current tier (currently 250 jobs for Bronze or Silver), you may choose to unlock the next tier early by paying that tier's listed weekly price (currently $11.88 for Silver and $19.88 for Gold). Early Access billing stops automatically when your own job count reaches that tier, and you can cancel at any time and return to the tier you have earned. Platinum cannot be purchased early: it requires 1,500 jobs in a rolling year, carries a weekly price (currently $34.88), and requires at least 200 completed jobs per month to keep. Prices and thresholds may change with notice.
Customer payment is authorized and held in escrow at the time a job is posted, requested, or checked out, and released to you — minus your tier's commission — once the job is completed. Standard payout is free and automatic; Instant Payout is optional and carries a disclosed fee. Tips go to you in full, with no platform commission.
Light Verification (BudiBid) confirms identity only. Heavy Verification (BudiCart, BudiEats, BudiRide) adds a background check. A failed or still-pending background check never disqualifies you from working — it only determines whether you're shown the visible safety badge. Working any of those three verticals without the badge requires the 3-way dash cam (front, rear, in-cabin) plus an action or body cam, self-attested in-app.
If you're currently active and in good standing on another gig or delivery platform, you may submit proof (a screenshot of your current, high-rated profile) to receive a 90-day provisional Heavy Verification status; within that 90 days you must submit a qualifying background check as described below to keep it. Otherwise, you obtain your own official criminal background check — either a sealed report requested directly from your local County Clerk or Sheriff's Department and delivered to us with its seal intact, or a certified report obtained through your state's official online criminal background check system — and submit it for review. We review the submitted report only to confirm it's genuine and current and to apply our safety-badge criteria; a criminal record does not automatically disqualify you from working on BudiHub. This process is separate from, and does not involve BudiHub paying for or ordering a report through, a consumer reporting agency on your behalf. This background-check process, like every part of this agreement, may be updated as we're able to offer better options; you'll be asked to review and re-accept if it changes in a way that affects you.
Facial recognition, SSN/ID, Full Verification, and — if you choose to work unbadged — the liability release below are each reviewed and accepted as their own dedicated, checkbox-gated screens at the point they become relevant. Accepting this document doesn't substitute for accepting those; this document restates the liability release in full for completeness, but the standalone screen is where it's actually presented and recorded the first time.
Opting into BudiRide Events — driving during major sports, wrestling, boxing, and UFC events — requires accepting a separate, dedicated Event Terms of Service in addition to this document. It is not automatically included here and is never bundled into this agreement's acceptance; you'll be shown it, in full, only if and when you choose to opt into Events.
You agree to conduct yourself professionally, lawfully, and safely at all times while performing work through the platform.
This includes BudiHub's anti-bot/automation rules (using scripts or tools to auto-accept job offers is prohibited and can result in immediate permanent deactivation with no appeal) and anti-account-sharing rules (your account is yours to work, not to lend or share).
Represent your skills, vehicle, and goods honestly. Don't arrange jobs or payment outside the platform — in-app messages are automatically scanned for phone numbers, emails, and phrases suggesting an off-platform deal, and such protection only applies to work actually coordinated and paid for through BudiHub.
Don't manipulate your own rating or another user's through fake reviews, coordinated exchanges, or retaliation.
BudiHub facilitates the connection between you and customers/stores and provides the payment infrastructure — it does not perform the errand, drive the ride, or fulfill the order itself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BudiHub is not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any other user you interact with through the platform.
Violations, fraud, or safety concerns can result in suspension or termination, with notice where reasonably possible. A confirmed violation follows the escalating suspension terms disclosed in-app at the time (currently: 30 days for a first confirmed violation, 60 days for a second, permanent with no reapplication for a third); confirmed bot/automation use skips directly to permanent deactivation with no appeal, per Section 8.
If you choose to work BudiCart, BudiEats, or BudiRide jobs using the camera self-attestation path instead of a completed background check, you specifically acknowledge and agree: no safety badge is shown to customers on your profile or in any job offer; a 3-way dash cam (front, rear, in-cabin) plus an action or body cam is required at all times for this work; customers can see that you don't have the badge; and you're held to the exact same integrity checks as every other worker. You agree to full compliance with BudiHub's policies, including the anti-bot and anti-account-sharing rules above, and to the same suspension consequences as any other worker for violations. You acknowledge that you are choosing to work without a completed background check; you release BudiHub from liability arising from that choice; and you agree to indemnify and hold BudiHub harmless against claims arising from your own misconduct. This is the same liability release presented as its own standalone, checkbox-gated consent screen at the point you confirm your recording devices — restated here in full as part of this agreement, not a substitute for accepting it there.
You agree to indemnify and hold BudiHub harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party — except to the extent caused by BudiHub's own actions.
When this document changes, the version you last accepted is compared against the current version at login, and you'll be asked to review and re-accept before continuing. During the beta period we expect to update this document regularly.
BudiHub is operated by Anderprise Holdings LLC. This agreement is governed by Arkansas law. Except for small-claims-court matters, any dispute with BudiHub is resolved through individual binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court and not as a class action — you and BudiHub each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration requirement within 30 days of first accepting this agreement by writing to [email protected]; opting out doesn't affect any other part of this agreement. Any dispute not subject to arbitration (or where either side elects small-claims court) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Arkansas.
Questions about this agreement, or requests regarding your personal information, can be sent to [email protected].
You perform work on BudiHub as an independent contractor, not as a BudiHub employee. You control whether, when, and how much you work, and you may work for other platforms or businesses, including competitors, at the same time. By accepting these terms, you represent that you are legally authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor.
If you fail to complete a job, no charge occurs. If fraud, loss, or damage occurs after your job is marked complete, BudiHub may front the customer's refund and recover the cost from you directly, including through future payout deductions.
BudiRide Events is an opt-in program for driving pickups and drop-offs around major sporting and live events — NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS and soccer generally, NCAA football and basketball, wrestling, boxing, and UFC. It is entirely optional; declining or never opting in has no effect on your normal BudiRide eligibility, tier, or standing.
Every event trip is priced at a flat $9.29 per seat, anywhere within the event's 5-mile pickup zone, regardless of actual distance driven within that zone. In addition to the per-seat fare, you're charged card processing at cost: currently 2.9% plus $0.30 of the seat fare, the standard rate BudiHub is charged by its payment processor, shown as its own line before you pay. This differs from delivery orders, where that cost is covered by the store.
Every event trip is commissioned at a flat 25%, replacing your normal tier's commission rate entirely for that trip — including Platinum's normal rate (0% during your first 30 days at Platinum, 3.5% after). This is not blended with your regular tier rate; it fully substitutes for it on any trip tagged as an event trip, for every tier.
The 25% override applies only while a trip is tagged as an event trip, during event mode. Once event mode ends for a given event, your normal tier commission rate automatically applies again to every trip afterward — no action is required on your part, and nothing about your underlying tier or its commission rate is changed by having opted into Events.
Event mode begins before the event's scheduled start time and extends 2 hours past the event's official end time, to cover slow-clearing post-event traffic. Any ride request — including one not booked through the Events page — with a pickup or dropoff inside the event's 5-mile zone during this window is treated as an event trip.
While an event is in its active window, dispatch inside that event's 5-mile zone is limited to drivers who have opted into Events and accepted this agreement. A driver who has not opted in will not be offered or shown rides inside an active event zone during that window, on any trip, event-booked or not.
Opting into Events requires a driving record (motor vehicle report) check — separate from, and in addition to, the criminal background check already required for the safety badge. It specifically reviews moving violations, DUIs, and accident history. This is independent of whatever background-check status you already hold; passing the criminal background check alone does not satisfy this requirement.
You must have current, active car insurance and vehicle registration, submitted and approved before you're granted event eligibility. Lapsed insurance or registration suspends your event eligibility until updated and re-approved; it does not affect your normal, non-event BudiRide eligibility.
Badged drivers (holding the visible safety badge) are matched first for event trips. A driver without the badge may still participate in Events, but only after submitting proof of a 3-way bodycam setup (front, rear, in-cabin), proof of purchase for that equipment, and a sample video demonstrating correct in-vehicle use — all reviewed and approved by an admin before event dispatch eligibility is granted. Once approved, an unbadged driver is treated as fully equal to a badged driver for Events — badge priority only affects queue ordering before approval, not a permanent second-class status afterward.
Everything in the main Worker Terms of Service — professional and lawful conduct, full policy compliance, honest representation, ratings integrity — applies in full to event trips. This agreement adds to those terms; it does not replace or relax any of them.
The general release and confirmed-violation consequences in the main Worker Terms of Service apply in full to event trips and event-zone conduct.
You may opt out of Events at any time; doing so removes you from event-zone dispatch going forward but does not affect trips already completed or in progress.
When this document changes, the version you last accepted is compared against the current version, and you'll be asked to review and re-accept before your next event opt-in takes effect. During the beta period we expect to update this document regularly.
This agreement is governed by Arkansas law and is subject to the same arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, Lee County, Arkansas venue (for non-arbitrated disputes), and 30-day arbitration opt-out described in the main Worker Terms of Service's governing-law section. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Workers and drivers who accept your errand, ride, or order do so as independent contractors, not as BudiHub employees. BudiHub is a technology platform connecting you with them — it is not an employer, delivery company, transportation company, or retailer, and does not itself perform the errand, drive the ride, shop for, or deliver your order.
A visible safety badge reflects a worker who has completed and passed a background check through BudiHub's verification partner. A worker without one may still be dispatched to you. An unbadged worker is required to use a 3-way dash cam (front, rear, in-cabin) plus an action or body cam for any work beyond BudiBid — this is disclosed to you in-app via a visible status indicator on the worker's profile or job offer, not hidden.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to create an account.
This agreement covers every errand, ride, and order you place through BudiHub from the point you accept it — it is not re-shown or re-accepted per individual order.
Treat every worker, driver, and store you interact with respectfully and lawfully — no harassment, discrimination, or endangerment.
Provide correct delivery addresses, item details, and any instructions actually needed to complete your errand, ride, or order. Information you provide inaccurately is your own responsibility, not the worker's.
Filing a dispute or payment chargeback for an order or job you actually received, in an attempt to obtain a refund without real cause, is a violation of this agreement and can result in account suspension.
Arranging payment or delivery outside BudiHub forfeits the escrow, dispute-resolution, and ratings protections described below — BudiHub has no way to verify or arbitrate something that happened off-platform. In-app messages are automatically scanned for phone numbers, emails, and phrases suggesting an off-platform deal.
Don't manipulate your own rating or another user's through fake reviews, coordinated exchanges, or retaliation.
BudiHub is not liable for the independent acts, omissions, or conduct of any worker, driver, or store using the platform. They act on their own behalf — not as BudiHub's agents or employees — and BudiHub's role is to facilitate the connection and the payment infrastructure, not to perform the work itself.
This release does not mean BudiHub abandons its own safety infrastructure. Address-reveal timing, ride PINs, periodic location check-ins, random facial re-verification, the camera requirement for unbadged workers, and the dispute-resolution and evidence system all continue to operate regardless of any individual worker's or store's own independent conduct.
Funds are authorized and held in escrow at the time you post, request, or check out, and released to the worker, driver, or store on completion, minus their platform commission where applicable. Platform and delivery fees are disclosed before you confirm any purchase. For BudiCart and BudiEats delivery orders the delivery charge is a flat amount shown at checkout: $6.49 when the store packs the order, $8.49 when a personal shopper shops it, and $10.49 for two stores in one trip. Deliveries farther than 5 miles add a distance charge ($5 from 5 to 10 miles, $10 beyond 10 miles) that goes to your driver. A personal-shopper order of more than 10 items adds a shopper bonus of $2 for each additional group of up to 10 items (roughly 20¢ per extra item). Delivery orders must meet the minimum order for the store's category: $15 for restaurants, $20 for convenience stores, and $35 for grocery and supermarkets.
You agree to indemnify and hold BudiHub harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of this agreement or of any law.

If you cancel an order after a personal shopper has already begun shopping, a minimum $4.99 cancellation fee applies, paid to the worker.
If a store-fulfilled order arrives wrong, missing, or damaged, this is the store's responsibility. If a personal-shopper order is fulfilled incorrectly, this is the worker's responsibility. In cases of fraud or loss, BudiHub may front your refund immediately and separately pursue recovery from the responsible party.
Workers who pick up and deliver your orders do so as independent contractors, not as BudiHub employees — the same relationship described in the Worker and Customer agreements.
BudiHub provides the marketplace listing, order routing, delivery/pickup logistics, and payment infrastructure. It never touches, prepares, packages, or inspects what you sell. You remain solely responsible for your own inventory, preparation, packaging, quality, and safety.
This agreement does not disclose or condition anything on an individual worker's safety-badge or background-check status, unlike the Customer agreement. A worker's interaction with your store — picking up a prepared order at your counter or loading dock — is a brief, public handoff, categorically different from the extended, private access (a customer's home, a passenger's ride) the badge system exists to address. That disclosure lives in the Worker and Customer agreements, where the underlying risk actually applies.
You must be legally authorized to sell the goods you list and compliant with applicable licensing for your business.
BudiHub takes $0 commission on your sales, at every tier, permanently — this has never changed and never will as a promotional rate. BudiHub is paid through your optional store-tier subscription (if any) and its own delivery-fee structure, never a cut of your sale.
What's listed must reflect what you'll actually provide, at the price shown at checkout.
BudiHub does not cap how you price your items, and takes $0 commission on your sales so you have no need to inflate prices to make up for a platform cut. Using that headroom to charge customers substantially more than your actual in-store price — price gouging — is a violation of this agreement, whether or not any specific markup percentage is exceeded. Customers can report a price they believe is excessive directly in the app; BudiHub reviews these reports and may warn, require pricing correction, or suspend a store found to be exploiting the zero-commission structure at customers' expense.
Orders prepared and ready within the timeframe communicated to the customer through the platform.
Food safety, retail licensing, and any other law applicable to your business and the goods you sell.
Against customers or the workers who fulfill your deliveries.
Don't arrange sales or delivery outside BudiHub for a customer who found your store through the platform.
BudiHub is not liable for the independent acts, omissions, or conduct of any worker who picks up or delivers your order — they act on their own behalf, not as BudiHub's or your agents or employees.
You agree to indemnify and hold BudiHub harmless against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your product's quality, safety, or accuracy, or from your own violation of this agreement or applicable law.
Your share of each sale is paid out via Stripe Connect. BudiHub charges no commission on your sales, at any tier. Card processing is passed through to you at cost: currently 2.9% plus $0.30 of each order's full card charge (your sale plus the delivery charges the customer pays), the standard rate BudiHub is charged by its payment processor, deducted from that order's payout. BudiHub keeps none of it and doesn't mark it up. The Delivery Fee for each delivery order is 9.75% of the order subtotal, never less than $2.59 and never more than the flat customer delivery fee for that order type ($6.49 store-fulfilled, $8.49 personal shopper), and it is shown on every order. Delivery orders must meet the minimum order for your store's category (Restaurant $15, Grocery / Supermarket $35, Convenience Store $20). New-store launch offers cover access to a subscription tier only, apply once per business, and do not discount Ad Studio or any other paid service; BudiHub may end an offer claimed by opening additional accounts or locations for the same business. For every order your dashboard shows the sale amount, the Delivery Fee, card processing, and the amount you receive. Payouts to your bank are made weekly. If the processor's rate changes, we'll update these terms before applying a new rate.
Your store's name, logo, and other branding you upload are used within the customer-facing marketplace to identify your store — in search results, browse and category pages, your store's own profile, and order receipts. By listing on BudiHub, you also grant BudiHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your store's name and logo in marketing and promotional materials for the BudiHub platform generally (for example, a marketplace overview page, a "stores on BudiHub" showcase, or promotional graphics and video), for as long as your store remains active on the platform. This license doesn't give BudiHub any ownership of your name or logo, and BudiHub won't use it to suggest your store endorses BudiHub beyond being a participating store. You can ask us to stop using your logo in new promotional materials at any time by writing to [email protected]; this doesn't require removing materials already published before your request.

Customer payments for your orders are collected and remitted to you through our payment processor's connected-account system, which collects the tax identification information (EIN, SSN, or ITIN) required by law directly from you as part of your payout account setup, and issues you an IRS Form 1099-K if your processed payments meet the applicable reporting threshold. BudiHub does not separately collect or store your full tax identification number.
The sections below apply uniformly across all three user types above, and are presented here once rather than repeated three times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudiHub's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred dollars ($100), or (b) the total amount you paid to BudiHub in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will BudiHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if BudiHub has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and survives any termination of your account. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, you and BudiHub agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of BudiHub will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU AND BUDIHUB EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Each party may bring claims only in an individual capacity. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to [email protected]; opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under the section above, you and BudiHub agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Arkansas.
These Terms remain in effect while you use BudiHub. You may close your account at any time through the app or by contacting [email protected]. BudiHub may suspend or terminate your account, or your access to specific features, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or as otherwise described in the tier-specific sections above. Upon termination, your right to use BudiHub immediately ends; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, arbitration, indemnification, and intellectual property — will survive.
BudiHub, the BudiHub name and logo, and the names and logos of BudiBid, BudiCart, BudiEats, BudiRide, and BudiPro, along with all associated app content, design, and software, are owned by Anderprise Holdings LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our written permission. If you submit content to BudiHub — including photos, reviews, listings, or messages — you retain ownership of that content, but grant BudiHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate and promote the platform.
If you believe content on BudiHub infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent at [email protected], including: (1) your signature, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the platform, (4) your contact information, (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Users who believe their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice with similar information. BudiHub will terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
If you downloaded the BudiHub app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting terms above with respect to your use of the app on Apple devices. This license is between you and BudiHub only, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties; to the extent any warranty applies, it is BudiHub's responsibility alone. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal requirements, or claims arising under consumer protection law. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, or resolving any claim of intellectual property infringement related to the app. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government restricted-parties list. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
