The BudiHub suite

Five apps.
One login.
One standard.

When people hear “gig app,” they picture dinner showing up at the door. That’s one small corner of BudiHub. Here’s everything else — and the one rule that runs through all of it: respect goes both ways.

1 loginfor errands, rides, groceries, and food — switch apps without switching accounts
2-wayratings on every app — workers rate customers, too
0%commission for stores, on every tier, forever
Beyond the delivery bag

The parts you haven’t seen on other apps

BudiBid

Every errand. Not just delivery.

BudiBid is where the rest of everyday life gets done — cleaning and yard work, dog walking, furniture assembly, moving help, renting out the things you own, or a one-off task that doesn’t fit anywhere else. Book a common task at a fair price, or post your own and set the terms.

You set itYour budget, your timing — nothing is assigned at a price you didn’t agree to.
PrivateOnly your city is public until you and your worker confirm a time.
Held safeYour payment is held and released when the job’s done.
Fastest way to book

Quick Jobs

Cleaning, yard work, dog walking, furniture assembly, moving help, and more — each with a fair recommended price and a clear list of exactly what’s included, before you book. Think the price should be different? Offer what you think is fair — the recommendation is a starting point, not a rule.

Post & bid

Name your price

Something more specific? Describe it, set your budget, and it’s offered to matching workers first — then opens to bidding if nobody bites right away.

New

Rentals

Borrow equipment or gear from someone nearby, or list your own things to rent out — a pressure washer, a ladder, a trailer. Deposits and protection built in, same trusted marketplace.

Set it and forget it

Recurring jobs

Weekly cleaning, biweekly yard work — set it up once and it books itself on schedule, with the same worker offered first every time if you’d like.

  1. Pick a Quick Job or post your own

Book a common task at its recommended price, or describe something specific and set your own budget.

  2. The right workers see it first

Your task is offered to workers with matching experience first. If nobody takes it right away, it opens up and workers can bid.

  3. Compare and choose

Look at each bid and each worker’s rating, then accept the one you want. Not getting bites? Raise your budget and it goes back out.

  4. Agree on a time

Once you and your worker confirm the date and time, your exact address unlocks for them — and only them.

  5. Pay safely, then rate each other

When the work is done, your payment is released. You rate your worker — and they rate you.

For workers: bid your own price on posted errands, accept a Quick Job at its listed rate, or list your own gear for rent — and get offered the tasks you’re experienced at first.
BudiRide

Ride your way — across town or across the state.

BudiRide covers everyday rides, long-distance seats, and game-day trips — each with a fare you can see before anyone starts driving.

See it firstYour fare is shown before you request.
PIN to startA trip can’t begin without your personal PIN.
Both ratedYou rate your driver; your driver rates you.
Everyday

On-demand rides

Request a ride and nearby drivers are offered it, closest first. Your fare comes from distance and estimated drive time — a $2.50 base, $0.99 a mile and $0.20 a minute — and each extra passenger adds a flat $3.

Your price

Name Your Fare

Think a ride should cost less? Propose your own fare. It goes out to nearby drivers, and any driver who’s happy with it can say yes. No pressure either way.

Long distance

Commute routes

Heading to another city, another state, or a store 45 miles away? Find a driver already making that trip and book an open seat. They were going anyway.

Game day

Events

Around major sports, wrestling, boxing and UFC events, every seat is a flat $9.29 — anywhere within 5 miles of the venue, no distance math.

How Events work

A hotel full of fans, one flat price

Pick up from your hotel, an Airbnb, or your own address. A party bigger than one car is split across cars automatically. Drivers opt in, accept separate Events terms, and go through extra vetting before they ever see an event trip.

$9.29per seat, flat — whether it’s a mile or five from the venue.
5 milesthe pickup zone around each event’s venue.
Full carsa party of 8 becomes two cars, matched and paid separately.
Every ride is watched over. A PIN starts the trip, live GPS keeps track of it, a driver who goes still gets a check-in prompt, and any safety flag is reviewed by a real person.
Part of BudiCart

The carpool for errands.

Some trips are worth sharing. When someone is driving a long way to a store or a town, BudiPool lets the neighbors who need the same thing come along — or send their list.

  1. Someone posts a trip

A rider heading somewhere real — a big grocery run, a town with the one store that has what people need — shares where they’re going.

  2. You join in one of two ways

Send a grocery list to pool onto their trip, or book one of their open passenger seats for a ride-along.

  3. One trip, more people helped

Everyone who needed something from that trip gets it — no extra delivery, no extra car on the road.

BudiCart

Groceries and more — two ways to get them.

Shop real store catalogs, grocery and retail, and choose — order by order — how it reaches you.

$6.49delivery when the store packs it and a driver brings it.
$8.49delivery when a personal shopper shops your list.
$10.49for two stores in one trip.
You choose

Personal shopper

A real person shops your list in the store and brings it to you. If something’s out of stock, you decide: accept a substitute, ask for something else, or skip it.

Store packs it

Store-fulfilled

Some stores pack the order themselves, and a driver simply delivers it. Fewer steps, often faster.

Two stops

One checkout, two stores

Need something from two places? Combine them into a single trip and a single flat delivery price.

Compare

Know the price first

Paste your list and see what it costs across stores before you commit. Items a store hasn’t listed use an estimate.

Shopping a big list?

After the first 10 items, a small shopper bonus builds in — roughly 20¢ for each extra item, added in $2 steps for every 10 items. It goes to your shopper for the extra time on their feet.

Every order is worth a driver’s time

Delivery minimums — $15 restaurants, $20 convenience stores, $35 grocery — keep tiny orders from turning into long, low-paid trips.

BudiEats

Local restaurants, brought by neighbors.

The restaurants you already love, delivered by people from your own town — and the restaurant keeps its whole sale.

For restaurants

Zero commission

No cut of the food sale, on any tier. Ever. Restaurants keep what they earn.

For you

Proof it arrived

Every delivery ends with a GPS-tagged photo at the door, so “delivered” actually means delivered.

At the table

Dine-in ordering

Scan the QR code at your table and order from your seat — no app hunt, no flagging anyone down.

Fair to drivers

Real delivery pay

Every restaurant delivery carries a fair delivery charge, and drivers keep 100% of every tip.

BudiPro

Run your gig like the business it is.

Independent contractor shouldn’t mean invisible. BudiPro is the business toolkit built for workers, so tax time isn’t a scramble.

Included free once you reach Silver and above. On Bronze, it’s a small standalone add-on.

The thread through all of it

What every app has in common

Everywhere else

One-way ratings. A single bad customer can quietly cost a worker their standing, with no say in it.

On BudiHub

Everyone rates everyone, on every app. Workers rate customers — and it counts.

Fair pay, built in

Deliveries carry a delivery-pay floor, rides are priced by miles and minutes, and errands are bids — so no worker is sent a long way for a few dollars.

Real people on appeals

Every suspension gets an appeal, and a real person reads it.

Tips stay tips

100% of every tip reaches the worker — never taxed, never touched.

Be there when it opens.
