About BudiHub

What is BudiHub?

BudiHub is one login for local delivery, groceries, rides, game-day events, and errands you can bid on, plus business tools for workers and stores. It launches in Arkansas first. See how every app works.

Is BudiHub live yet?

BudiHub is in beta, starting with invited testers in Arkansas. Join the launch list and we’ll tell you the moment it’s open where you are.

What does “beta” mean?

While we test and improve BudiHub, features, screens, fees, and promotions may change, and the service may occasionally be slow or have errors. We update our terms regularly during the beta and will ask you to review and accept each update. You can always stop using BudiHub, cancel a paid subscription, and ask us to close your account.

Where is it available?

Arkansas first, on purpose. We’re launching at home before anywhere else.

How will I use it on my phone?

BudiHub is a web app: open it in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen, and it opens full-screen like an app. On Android and Windows your browser offers an Install button. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Versions for the app stores are planned for later.

I can’t hear my notifications — how do I fix that?

On iPhone: go to Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Default Alerts, scroll to the “Classic” section, and pick a louder tone — Glass, Keys, Typewriter, and Update are all strong, hard-to-miss choices. You can also buy additional tones from the Tone Store at the top of that same Default Alerts screen.

On Android: go to Settings → Apps, find BudiHub (or your browser, e.g. Chrome, if BudiHub isn’t listed as its own app), tap Notifications, then tap the notification category shown there and tap Sound to choose a louder tone from the list — exact menu names vary a little by phone brand. While you’re there, it’s worth checking that Do Not Disturb isn’t set to silence BudiHub’s notifications.

How is my payment information handled?

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, not to BudiHub. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

How do I delete my account?

It’s self-service, right in the app — no need to contact support. Go to Profile → Account Settings and scroll down to Delete Account, enter your current password, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and can’t be undone. It’s blocked if you still have an active job, order, ride, or store, or a balance you haven’t cashed out yet — wrap those up first, then delete.

For customers

What does delivery cost?

Delivery on groceries and restaurant orders is a flat amount shown before you pay: $6.49 when the store packs your order, $8.49 when a personal shopper shops your list, and $10.49 for two stores in one trip. Deliveries past 5 miles add a distance charge ($5 from 5 to 10 miles, $10 beyond) that goes to your driver.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, so every delivery is worth a driver’s time: $15 for restaurants, $20 for convenience stores, and $35 for grocery and supermarkets.

What is the shopper bonus on big lists?

A personal-shopper order includes its first 10 items in the normal price. After that, a small bonus builds in, roughly 20¢ for each extra item, charged in $2 steps for every additional group of up to 10 items. It goes to your shopper for the extra time in the store.

Do tips go to the worker?

Yes. 100% of every tip reaches the worker. It is never taxed and never touched.

What if an item is out of stock?

With a personal shopper, you decide: accept a substitute, ask for something else, or skip it.

Can I cancel an order?

If you cancel before your shopper has started shopping, you get a full refund. If they’ve already started, a $4.99 fee compensates them for the time spent, and the rest is refunded. You’re shown this before you confirm a cancellation.

What if something goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the app, and a real person reviews it. Deliveries also end with a GPS-tagged photo at the door, so “delivered” means delivered.

Do workers rate customers too?

Yes, on every app. Ratings go both ways, which is how good workers stay and courtesy goes both directions.

How do rewards work?

You earn points on what you spend, move up through Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond, and get weekly savings on top. The details are on the customers page.

For workers

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. Everyone starts on Bronze, which is free, with BudiBid, BudiRide, BudiCart, and BudiEats all open to you from day one.

How do tiers work?

Your tier is earned by the jobs you complete across the suite over a rolling year: Bronze 0–499, Silver 500–999, Gold 1,000–1,499, and Platinum 1,500 or more. There’s nothing to buy to move up. If your count is about to slip, we give you a heads-up about a month ahead.

What is Early Access?

If you’re busy and want the next tier sooner, Early Access lets you unlock it early. After completing half of your current tier (250 jobs for Bronze or Silver) you can unlock the very next tier at that tier’s normal weekly price ($11.88 for Silver, $19.88 for Gold). Billing stops automatically the moment your own job count reaches that tier, and you can cancel any time and return to the tier you’ve earned. Platinum can’t be bought early: it opens at 1,500 jobs, costs $34.88 a week, and asks for 200+ jobs a month to keep.

Is Early Access worth it?

It pays for itself once your job earnings pass about $238 a week going from Bronze to Silver, or about $663 a week going from Silver to Gold. Tips don’t count; they’re always 100% yours. Earning less? Keep working and you’ll get there for free.

What does BudiHub keep from my earnings?

BudiHub’s share of job earnings, including bonuses, is 15% on Bronze, 10% on Silver, 7% on Gold, and 3.5% on Platinum (0% for your first 30 days at Platinum). BudiRide Events trips use a flat 25%. Tips are never counted. The full table is here.

How do I get paid?

Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. Standard payout is free and automatic. Instant cash-out is available once you have $15 or more, with a 1.5% fee.

Will I get $3 orders for long distances?

No. Every delivery starts with at least $9.08 in delivery pay ($11.08 when you shop the order) before commission, plus a $5 distance bonus past 5 miles and $10 past 10. Rides are priced by miles and minutes, and on BudiBid you name your own price. You always see what a job pays before you accept it.

Can I rate customers?

Yes, on every app, after every job. If a customer isn’t a fit, tell us, and after a person reviews it you won’t be matched with them again.

What do I need to sign up?

You verify your identity. Rides and deliveries add further safety checks, and Events has its own extra requirements. The exact steps are shown during signup.

What are Events?

BudiRide Events are game-day rides around major sports, wrestling, boxing, and UFC events: a flat $9.29 a seat, anywhere within 5 miles of the venue. Drivers opt in, accept separate Events terms, and go through extra vetting first.

Am I a BudiHub employee?

No. Workers are independent contractors. The Worker Terms explain what that means, including tax reporting.

Will I get a 1099?

Yes, once you cross the IRS reporting threshold for the year. Your payouts run through Stripe Connect, so Stripe issues and files your 1099-NEC directly — you can view and download it anytime from your Stripe Express dashboard. BudiHub doesn’t file it for you, and as an independent contractor, you’re responsible for your own estimated taxes (BudiPro’s free tax-estimate tool can help).

What kinds of jobs can I bid on with BudiBid?

Errands and small jobs beyond delivery and rides — cleaning, moving help, furniture assembly, yard work, and other local tasks. A customer posts what they need and a budget, nearby workers bid their own price, and the customer picks. Home and property rentals aren’t part of BudiHub yet.

For stores

Does BudiHub take commission on my sales?

No. Zero commission on your sales, on every tier, permanently.

What does it cost to be on BudiHub?

Bronze is free to list, always. Silver, Gold, and Platinum are optional monthly tiers with more tools. Zero commission on your sales. Standard card processing applies, and every order shows you exactly what you receive.

How do the new-store offers work?

Bronze is always free to list. Silver: 25% off your first month. Gold: free for your first 30 days, then 25% off your next month. Platinum: free for 14 days, then 25% off your first month after. Each offer is one per business, for stores with a real street address and phone number, and covers access to the tier only. Ad Studio and other paid services stay at their regular prices.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

It depends on your category: $15 for restaurants, $35 for grocery and supermarkets, and $20 for convenience stores.

I run several locations. Can I set up a company account?

Yes. Company accounts group your locations, give regional managers a view of their own region, and are set up on their own terms. Email us and we’ll verify your company.

When and how do I get paid?

Your share of each sale is paid out to your bank through Stripe, on a weekly schedule.

Will I get a 1099 for my sales?

Yes, once you cross the IRS reporting threshold. Your payouts run through Stripe Connect, so Stripe issues your tax form directly (1099-K or 1099-NEC, depending on your business type) and you can view or download it from your Stripe Express dashboard at any time.

Can I connect my existing POS system?

We’re building direct POS integrations so your existing system and your BudiHub orders stay in sync automatically, for both restaurants and retail/grocery. If you already run a POS, tell us when you sign up and we’ll prioritize your integration.

What kinds of businesses can list on BudiHub?

Any local business that sells food, drinks, or everyday goods for delivery or pickup: restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, food trucks, farmers-market stands, cottage-food cooks and bakeries, BBQ tents and stands, and more. If you have a real way for us to verify your business, you’re welcome to list.

How do I list my store?

Create your store account and add your catalog. New stores are reviewed and approved before they go live to customers.

Trust and safety

How are rides kept safe?

A personal PIN starts every trip, live GPS follows it, a driver who goes still gets a check-in prompt, and any safety flag is reviewed by a real person.

What happens if a worker is suspended?

Every suspension gets an appeal, and a real person reads it.
