We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Background check results are retained per applicable Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, database-level access controls (Row Level Security), and restricted access to sensitive verification media. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
BudiHub is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and app functionality. You may control cookie preferences through your device or browser settings where applicable.
The platform may contain links to third-party services (e.g., mapping providers, payment processors). This policy does not apply to those third parties' own privacy practices.
